Refund policy

RETURNS

We offer a 101-day return policy, which means you have 101 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging

  • In the same condition that you received them

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements unless the product is faulty.

Returns must only be sent once approved.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you are returning from outside the United Kingdom, please note shipping times may be longer than expected.


DAMAGES, FAULTY ITEMS & INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

contact us immediately at contact@FriendlyHealth.co.uk so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Where appropriate, we may request photos before approving a replacement or refund.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened supplements

  • Used personal care products

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund
