SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • Shipping cost: Free on all orders over £30
  • Estimated delivery time: Approximately 2 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control (such as courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods).


Couriers

We primarily ship using Royal Mail, though alternative couriers may be used where appropriate to ensure the most reliable and efficient delivery.


Delays, Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Please allow additional time during busy periods.
  • If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@friendlyhealth.

We will investigate with the courier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.


Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@friendlyhealth.co.uk. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.


Delivery Issues

Friendly Health (a trading name of Purple Mallet) is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control. However, we will always do our best to help resolve any delivery issues quickly.
